Added predict() method for FluMoDL objects
Added argument periodic in
fitFluMoDL(), to omit the periodic B-spline term from the
model parametrization
Added function linterp() to linearly interpolate
values in a numeric vector (e.g. in the temperature series)
Switched to txtProgressBar rather than
tkProgressBar
