A flexible tool that can perform
(i) traditional non-compartmental analysis (NCA) and
(ii) Simulation-based posterior predictive checks for population
pharmacokinetic (PK) and/or pharmacodynamic (PKPD) models using
NCA metrics. The methods are described in Acharya et al. (2016)
